Boards and commissions are important in that they enable citizens to participate in Ozark's government processes. Their activities help shape and influence public policy.  While some boards and commissions are appointed entirely by City officials, the Mayor, and/or the City Council, others are jointly appointed by the City and other organizations.  If you are interested in volunteering your time to serve on a board or commission, please contact the Mayor’s office at 334-774-3300.
